Shelli: Hi, this is Shelli from Anderson & Associates and I’m here with Amanda Webb from Bank of England. I’m just a little bit curious what types of programs that your company offers more than just single home families.
Amanda Webb: We actually offer a wide variety of loan products, first-time homebuyer to seasoned buyers, primary residents, second home, investment properties. We can do single family residents to condos, high-rise condos. There is just such a wide variety that we offer and we have such a great portfolio for it.
Shelli: So that’s fabulous.

Amanda Webb: We kind of developed our programs around the area that we are in, and Florida is kind of that desired area that has a little bit of everything in it. So we are excited to be able to offer those types programs.
